JOB DESCRIPTION (BRIEF OVERVIEW)

• Manage accounting and financial reporting.
• Timely payment of vendor invoices, taking advantage of discounts
• Calculate and process monthly financial statements
• Insurance reporting
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Accounting/Business Degree
• Possess through knowledge of EXCEL.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, for-profit, small business environment
• Impeccable attention to details; incredible organization and time management skills
• Proven progressive accounting management duties during career
• Positive, professional attitude is a MUST
• Outstanding commitment and sense of dedication
• Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Verifiable references and pass a background and drug check
  As a small company, the responsibilities of the ideal professional are varied.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
