Job Description:
Easylet Property Management UK Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountants/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting procedures and practices, with prior experience in handling various financial tasks. As an Accountants/Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial records and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Credit Control: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Year end accounts
Invoicing and Document Processing: Accurately process invoices and other financial documents, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions and maintain cash flow records.
Customer Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, updating records, and addressing any billing or payment inquiries.
Sales Records: Keep detailed records of sales leads and sales figures to assist in financial reporting and analysis.
Complex Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to accounting and finance as needed.
Timely Completion of Work: Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and 1 year admin are required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with credit control procedures is a plus.
  • Knowledge of property management accounting is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
