JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This role combines accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions while supporting day-to-day office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in accounting support (AR/AP) or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
