We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and financial processes. Responsibilities include: Answer phones, emails, and assist residents/vendors Support scheduling, filing, and general office administration Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and accounting software Prepare resident billing for landscape or other services Take monthly physical inventory Code & process invoices Order pool supplies Assist management with job costing Place plant order with vendors Maintain accurate financial records Review timecards for accuracy Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, Health, dental, vision, and optional insurance benefits, Matching 401K Paid Time off, including a birthday holiday Pro Shop discounts & other employee perks Requirements Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Landscape, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
