POSITION OVERVIEW

The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will support both finance and front‑office operations. This hybrid role involves bookkeeping, data entry, reception duties, and administrative coordination. It’s ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to operational efficiency within a safety-focused organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or bookkeeping
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero, Hubdoc, and Monday.com
  • Experience with Canva or similar social-media tools
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
