Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (AP/AR).
  • Supporting payroll data entry and purchase order documentation.
  • Reconciling accounts and assisting with the month-end close.
  • Generating and organizing financial reports.
  • Maintaining filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
  • Upholding confidentiality and accuracy across all administrative functions.
  • Providing general administrative and receptionist support, including document preparation, answering phones, and greeting visitors.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with payroll and purchase order systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office.
