WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative operations at our Hamilton location. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong numerical and analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ensure our accounting processes are accurate and timely while handling dealership-specific accounting functions, deal postings, reconciliations, and administrative support for the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Dealership accounting experience is required
  • CDK dealership accounting software experience is required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
