We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support the daily financial and operational needs of two growing local businesses:

  • Turning Point Real Estate, a busy real estate brokerage
  • Innovare, a property management and development company

This is an ideal position for someone experienced in accounting and bookkeeping who’s confident using QuickBooks Online, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Understanding of payroll processing and HST filings
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (education or work-based)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in real estate or property management (an asset but not required)
