Under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator II (AAII) – Supervisor, the Accounting Administrator I (AAI) – Supervisor directs the operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) Unit, which is responsible for the audit and scheduling of invoices for payment through the State Controller’s Office (SCO) and/or the Revolving Fund.

Working Conditions

• This position reports to the Allenby Building in Sacramento. A hybrid Telework schedule, consistent with the State of California’s in-office requirement, may be considered with prior approval from management. The incumbent may also be required to travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.
• The State’s Commute Programs provide bicycle, mass transit and vanpool incentives to eligible state employees. The State’s mass transit incentive pays 100% of the transit pass up to the IRS maximum of $325 per month in 2025.
• DSH-Sacramento is located at a 11-floor high-rise building.
