We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator responsible for reviewing and analyzing account statements, managing deposits, and resolving bank discrepancies and financial disputes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of data entry
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage company budgets
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents
  • Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement in financial management processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial information and support to other departments as needed
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2-3 Years of Experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Post-secondary education in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
