POSITION OVERVIEW

TMG Industrial is looking for a Full-Cycle Accounting Administrator with strong operational accounting experience to support our growing, multi-location business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across departments, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and results-driven financial management.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, including credit card statement reconciliation
• Prepare monthly tax filings, including GST/HST, PST, RST, and QST
• Manage the full-cycle accounting process, from daily transactions to month-end close
• Support collection efforts and monitor outstanding receivables
• Generate monthly internal company billing
• Assist with month-end and year-end procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Perform general accounting duties and contribute to overall financial operations
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and related documentation
