LOCATION: VALLEY GREEN, PA

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Etters, PA, reporting to the BU Assistant Controller but will also support ACS division level requests as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using AX Dynamics preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic to intermediate Powerpoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary
  • Ability to work independently and a self-starter

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Month-end Group/Division closing process
  • Assist with any internal or external audits
  • Coordinate monthly accruals and other miscellaneous journal entries
  • File and organize accounting documents and records
  • Coordinate purchase requisitions through ERP system
  • Support Purchasing and Central Services departments
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • NPI production tracking / inventory tracking
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
