Perform analysis and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts which may include, but are not limited to, the following: ## Prepayments (e.g. lease-in/rent related, insurance, Software as a Service (SaaS), royalty, property tax, etc.) ## Deferred Credits (e.g. rents and grants related) ## Deferred Marketing Incentives/Loans ## Security Deposits ## Accruals ## Commercial Papers/Short Term Loans and related interests ## Bonds/Long Term Loans and related Interests ## Suspense Accounts ## GAAPSTAT related accounts (i.e. Statutory Accounts for negative reclass and corresponding Offset and Target Accounts) ## Currency Revaluation related accounts Perform and monitor daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end close tasks/processes related to the accounts stated above. These may include, but are not limited to, the following: ## Review, analysis and postings of manual journal entries. May sometimes require the use of SAP upload files Coordinate with Local Finance and Business Units on any unusual issues related to the accounts and process stated in Nos. Provide back-up coverage for other GL Analyst desks ## Participates fully in Finance Safety Programs ## Ensures process documentations are kept current or timely updated and that records archiving and retention policy are adhered to ## Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leader ## Prepares and updates work plan as necessary and monitor self-performance to achieve performance goals ## Aims for continuous self-development by participating in self-study courses, reading relevant professional materials, attends functional training, interacting with industry counterparts, etc. We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
