ACCOUNTING ANALYST (COMPENSATION & SALES)

Exciting opportunity in the insurance industry for a detail-oriented finance professional! This hybrid role (Toronto or Waterloo, 3 days on-site) focuses on compensation reporting, Power BI dashboards, and sales analysis. Contract runs to January 2027, with potential for extension or permanent hire.

• Supervise payments and bonus validation for sales staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Streamline and automate operational processes to enhance productivity.
• Assist in developing risk and control strategies.
• Monitor progress of system development and enhancement.
• Support risk and compliance reporting activities.
• Deliver and present monthly sales forecasts to business leaders with clear analysis and commentary.
