Description
Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail. Adept at ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while driving process efficiency and accuracy. 1. Full-cycle AP management, including invoice verification, coding, and posting. 2. Vendor reconciliation, resolution of discrepancies, and ensuring timely disbursements. 3. Accurate calculation and posting of monthly provisions. 4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for expense forecasting and accrual adjustments. 5. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts. 6. Prepare and perform records on a monthly payroll reconciliation. 7. Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work. 8. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFA goals. 9. Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the sites and activities under the scope. 10. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company. 11. LI-AR7 Bachelor degree necessary in Public Accountant. 2 - 4 years of experience in finance/ accounting and auditing (RTR activities) Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting requirements essential, such as Tax regulation Exposure to US GAAP / MEX GAAP reporting requirements, and audit support.
