Perform and support the monthly closing process, prepare Balance sheet Reconciliations BSR (Bank, Intercompany, Income, Payroll, AR intercompany, etc), Invoicing for services render, Cash aplication, Bank transactions recording and reconciliation,creation of accounts payables for some services, Payroll journal entries related, etc. List the main functions of the role, being clear and concise (avoid using abbreviations, use short sentences, stress what is unique, emphasize what makes your job and organization special). If this is a re-evaluation of an existing role, highlight the job responsibilities that are new to the role. "1. General accounting procedures and perform the monthly closing process for Sites. 2. Performe the cash application for the invoices collected during the month. 3. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts. 4. Prepare on a monthly basis the income and payroll reconciliation. 5. Register and analysis for Hedges on a monthly basis. 6. Ensure the accuracy for taxes recorded, mainly VAT. 7. Generate on a monthly basis the complement of payment for all invoices collected to comply with tax requirements. 8. Treasury, ICA & ZBA. Ensure correct recording and Reconciliation in corporate ledgers. 9. Prepare the accruals for beneffits such as EPS, Estate Tax and Insurances. 10. Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work. 11. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFA goals. 12. Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the sites and activities under the scope. 13. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company. 14. LI-KL1 Bachelor degree necessary in Public Accountant, Finance or Administration. 2 - 4 years of experience in finance/ accounting and auditing (RTR activities) Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting requirements essential; such as Tax regulation Exposure to US GAAP / MEX GAAP reporting requirements, and audit support. ERP Knowledge (Desirable SAP/Oracle) Intermediate to advanced English proficiency ( read, listen, speak) - Ability to operate and deliver independently without day to day supervision We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
