JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in our accounting practices. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles. The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and support various financial operations within the organization.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with corporate finance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage and Xero.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, auditing, payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to further their career in the accounting field while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
