As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst who can support our finance operations with accuracy, ownership, and financial discipline. About the Role Based out of Bangalore, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting entries, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate will play a key role in strengthening our day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Role Responsibilities Record and maintain all accounting entries with accuracy and compliance. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable: invoice verification, vendor coordination, payment processing, and reconciliations. Handle Accounts Receivable: billing, collections follow-up, customer ledger reconciliation, and payment tracking. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate books of accounts. Support audits by preparing required reports and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely resolution of queries. Role Requirements B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–4 years of experience in accounting and AP/AR. Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations. Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
