Our Calgary-based client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst for a special payroll project. This short-term role involves converting a PDF into structured Excel tables — one per page — followed by data cleanup and Excel manipulation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and learn through trial and error
Experience with large data sets or payroll systems an asset
Prior PDF-to-Excel experience is helpful
Available to start immediately

Convert PDF content into Excel with accuracy
Clean and organize large datasets
Support payroll processing for a complex, unionized environment
Ad-hoc duties as requested
