Responsibilities: * Accounts payable processing, including approvals and processing. * Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes. * Perform account reconciliations, including bank and cash disbursement accounts. * Assist with audits and preparation of tax-related documentation. * Contribute to accounting system improvements and process automation initiatives. * Support general cost accounting and other related financial duties as assigned. Job Specifications: * Associates Degree in accounting or finance preferred. * Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. * 0 to 3 years’ experience.
