JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Accounting and Admin Officer to manage our Company’s books of accounts and office duties. Responsibilities include the following below. To be successful in this role, Candidate should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with Bookkeeping. Ultimately, to ensure we process all financial transaction accurately and on time.
Candidate should have an attested university degree in Accounts/Finance/ Business Administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Proficiency in Computer Tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
· Maintain daily financial transactions and keep updated cash flow.
· Maintaining day to day books of accounts. reviewing and reconciling accounts from book and bank
· Processing payments thru Bank Accounts and should monitor and update ageing of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
· Processing Internationally and locally Invoices, Purchase Order, Statement of Account and Delivery notes
· Should have knowledge of Online Bank payments to all suppliers/ vendors and collection of receivables from Customers
· Providing and interpreting financial information daily/ weekly to the CEO
· Checking and monitoring accuracy of the petty cash, postdated cheques issued and company credit cards on a monthly basis. Making sure the liquidations from Petty Cash and Credit Card are correct.
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, issuing and collecting tax invoices.
· Ensure all Utility bills and other services are monthly paid.
· Answering phone calls
· Replenishment of Office supplies and pantry supplies
· Ensure that all facilities are well working and office is clean
