A fast-paced forex trading company in Business Bay is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join as an Accountant and Administrative Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support both accounting and administrative operations in a professional environment.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative support.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
· Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented approach.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
· Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
· Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
· Provide general administrative support to staff and executives.
· Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly stocked with office & general supplies.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or teams.
· Assist with office supply management and reorder as needed.
· Assist with admin tasks such as employee onboarding, preparing and renewing visas, and managing employee records.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
