JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant/Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible weekday work while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting and administrative functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounting work experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  • Experience with Buildium (property management software) is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
