Wilmington PharmaTech, a growing pharmaceutical contract manufacture company in Newark, DE is seeking an Accounting and Business Administration Manager with very strong bookkeeping, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of office software and Quick Books is required.

Responsibilities

BOOKKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process orders and generate invoices
  • Maintain and process accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain financial transactions and preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Process checks. Understand ledgers. Maintain General Ledger.
  • Maintain & reconcile banks
  • Work with department managers, both internal and outside accountants when necessary.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth Service
  • Assist with the formalization and documentation of internal systems and procedures to help manage the business.
  • Assist with the planning and logistics of trade shows as needed
