JOB SUMMARY:

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring strong accounting practices, accurate financial reporting, and efficient cash flow management across home building, real estate development, property management, and investment operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in real estate, construction, and property management accounting. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of financial planning, job costing, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict accuracy and meeting timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA

preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting, background in real

estate, property management, construction, or development industries preffered.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar

accounting/property management software.

• Key Traits: Highly detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent organizational

abilities, and ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy.

• Communication: Strong ability to present financial data and recommendations to

leadership.
