Responsibilities: · Lead the development of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy, clarity of assumptions, and alignment with strategic priorities. · Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. · Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through insights and scenario analysis. · Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting with clear narrative and business impact. · Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. · 3-5 years experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role. · Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
