ROLE OVERVIEW: Our Accounting and Finance team plays a pivotal role in managing financial health and ensuring informed decision-making. As a member of this team, you will handle financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning to support our company's growth and stability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with auditors and oversee internal controls. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS Operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit for long periods of times, talk, and hear. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, with the ability to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
