We are now seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance/Accountant to support our growing operations. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of accounting experience working in the General Ledger areas, and a bilingual Mandarin/Chinese is preferred. You will be responsible for various day-to-day accounting functions as well as providing support to other team members in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or wholesale distribution
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, CPA license preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
  • Proficient in accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficient in NetSuite, ERP software and Excel
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
    Visa sponsorship is negotiable for qualified candidates.

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate customer account records, track outstanding balances, and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly closings and internal statements for U.S. operations
  • Work closely with Finance Director to ensure timely communication, financial data reporting, and intercompany coordination
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation, product cost tracking, and warehouse-related accounting processes
  • Maintain accurate records of employee reimbursements, supplier invoices, and payment schedules
  • Support year-end tax filing, audits, and compliance with U.S. accounting standards
  • Participate in improving financial workflows and support the setup of local accounting systems and policies
