JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong computer skills and proficiency in accounting software, as well as the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in clerical roles with a focus on accounting or bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in administrative support roles is beneficial
