This position is responsible for processing invoices, assisting with reconciliations, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office functions. The role may also assist with inventory tracking, spare product sales, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency across departments. Essential Functions Accounting Support Process and enter invoices for approval and payment. Assist with monthly reconciliations of invoices, accounts, and vendor statements. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and support documentation. Provide support for reporting and other routine accounting functions. Office & Administrative Support Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain office records, supplies, and communications. Support office staff and leadership with day-to-day tasks as needed. Assist in reviewing and improving office procedures for efficiency and compliance. Inventory & Operations Support Assist with tracking spare product sales and related invoices. Support inventory reconciliation and reporting in coordination with operations staff. Communicate with warehouse/operations personnel regarding discrepancies or product availability. Qualifications Experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or related role required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or accounting systems preferred. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Working Conditions Primarily office-based position with routine interaction with accounting, operations, and warehouse staff. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as business needs require. May occasionally visit the warehouse or production floor to support inventory or office needs.
