JOB OVERVIEW

Position is a hybrid Accounting/Supply Chain Assistant position working directly with the Controller and Supply Chain Manager at our corporate offices in Grain Valley, MO.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill this role. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience required.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero; familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation and general ledger management.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable
  • Customer invoicing and cash application
  • Bank and various GL account reconciliations
  • Month end close duties
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller
  • Data Entry for inventory transactions including inventory adjustments by direction, material issue to work ticket, and material transfers of location.
  • Prepares EOM sales orders for internet sales.
  • Issue material to shipped sales orders at EOM.
  • Process goods receipts.
  • Process labor reports to upload.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
