The Opportunity: As an Accounting and Treasury Analyst at Credibly, you will be responsible for various accounting and treasury tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting and treasury skills and grow within a dynamic finance environment. What You Will Do: Participate in Month and Year End Close Process Prepare and record journal entries Perform account reconciliations Analyze financial data and prepare reports Perform daily and monthly treasury tasks Participate in audits and tax preparations Process lending specific transactions including application of loan payoffs, commission payments, partner payments, etc. Assist Accounting Manager, Controller and Treasurer on ad hoc requests Cross - train on other department requirements Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 1-3 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills What Makes You Special: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Intacct, Concu) Experience in the financial services industry How You Will Benefit: Flexible working conditions, via hybrid remote/in-office work Generous PTO package 8 Paid Company Holidays Paid Parental Leave, Bereavement, and Jury Duty 401k with company match (and 100% vesting after 2 years) Medical insurance through BCBSM or BCN Dental and Vision provided by BCBS?
