What you will do but not limited to: Assist in the processing of invoices and payment requests. Verify accuracy of invoice calculations and approval processes. Maintain accounts payable records and file documentation accurately. Support reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist in the timely payment of vendors and service providers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies. Help in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable activities. Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting projects. Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in finance. Experience with accounting software such as SAP is a plus. Available for 6 months internship program
