Accounting Coordinator -Hoffman Estates, IL
$50,000 -$60,000 annually + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) + 401K + PTO

Our firm is currently seeking a smart, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator for our office in Hoffman Estates, IL. The individual will provide support in all accounting functions within the organization including monthly invoicing, account reconciliation, payment application, account maintenance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring energy and passion to everything they do and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn the operational ropes of a fast-growing company while making a direct impact on its success and ability to execute.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6 months of internship experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
  • Maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
