Summary: Company designs and builds test hardware for the semiconductor industry. Using integrated manufacturing accounting software (ERP), this position will be responsible for AR, AP, bank reconciliation, payroll entry, assisting with HR, maintaining various records, and assisting the corporate CPA. We are looking for an organized, hard-working individual that can manage their time and workload both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 2-5 years of experience with integrated financial systems
• Proficiency with computer productivity suites (Microsoft Office)
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication

• Invoice packing lists and process customer payments
• Communicate with customers related to payment issues
• Enter supplier invoices in ERP software
• Communicate with vendors related to any issues
• Print approved payment checks
• Perform bank reconciliations as required
• Assist corporate CPA with providing financial reporting for management
• Maintain any and all records related to account functions of the corporation
• Special projects as assigned
