SUMMARY

Our Accounting Assistant is a temporary, part-time role, focused on accounting administrative support and general administrative services. The current position runs through the end of the year (December 2025); position may be extended or expanded based on performance and company need.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+years of previous work experience.
  • High attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Order Processing, Vendor Software.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare Notice to Owner and Lien releases for qualified projects.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, statement preparation.
  • Assist in the organization and storage of electronic accounting documents.
  • Cross train with other members of the accounting team for coverage and growth.
  • Cross train with Sales Support as needed, provide administrative support services to the office.
  • Other duties as needed.
