Work includes Invoicing, Inventory posting, Credit card accounts reconciliation, posting vendor invoices & cutting checks, managing data files and any other additional work. Requirements Diploma/Associate in Accounting or Business Administration and hands on experience in Sage 50/ERP software with MS Office. Work Experience: The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
The role involves processing invoices, posting inventory transactions, reconciling credit card accounts, posting vendor invoices, and cutting checks. The assistant will also be responsible for managing data files and performing other assigned tasks.
