JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support various functions, including
1. Data Entry (taking info from tax returns or other financial information)
2. Inbound and outbound calls - Calling up clients to collect and/or share information.
3. Managing documents (digitally) - Collecting documents and organizing them in the cloud.
4. Preparing Client Files
Will require general proficiency with a computer, excel, verbal and written communication skills. Will also require a general knowledge of accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
    Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 4 months
    Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
