In this key role, you’ll help maintain precise financial records and ensure the efficient handling of invoices, collections, and payments—contributing directly to the company’s financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice and Billing
- Prepare and send accurate client and vendor invoices promptly.
- Verify invoice details and resolve discrepancies with vendors and suppliers.
- Regularly reconcile financial accounts and investigate inconsistencies.
- Accurately post and apply customer payments in the accounting system.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain client communication to resolve outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and address billing issues via email.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17 per hour
