Accounts Receivable: Record and allocate incoming payments, reconcile settlement reports, and resolve discrepancies with the E‑commerce Team. Collections: Prepare AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate unresolved receivables. Intercompany Transactions: Issue invoices, maintain documentation, and reconcile balances with JV partners. Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of sales, payments, refunds, and chargebacks; support month‑end and year‑end closing with AR schedules. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
