Responsibilities
  • Payment runs, invoice entry and journal entry for all entities.
  • Provide Oracle data input support to all Germany/ European subs.
  • Processing Germany employee expenses as and when required.
  • Help develop major supplier automatic uploads.
  • Posting daily bank receipts and payments.
  • Adhere to all reporting deadlines per the financial timetable.
  • Ensure all suppliers are paid to terms.
  • Assist in the development and acceptance of SLA’s for the shared resource department.
  • Help develop best working practices.
  • Support shared service function as and when require
