We’re seeking an Accounting Associate to partner directly with our CFO and help strengthen our accounting operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our CFO with day-to-day accounting functions, payroll preparation, and financial organization. This role is key to creating a clean slate across our accounting system, organizing financial documentation, and supporting monthly and year-end processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience with payroll, invoicing, billing, or ledgers (preferred)
  • Educational background in Accounting/Finance (preferred; degree not required)
  • Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL (no remote/hybrid option)
  • Full background check required

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain weekly payroll ledgers
  • Manage and process invoices (incoming and outgoing) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial closeouts
  • Maintain spreadsheets in Excel for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Enter, update, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Organize and archive financial records for easy access and compliance
  • Partner with managers across departments to gather needed financial data
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO and accounting team
