Make a difference as an Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable Specialist
As a Full-Time Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable Specialist at The Resource Connection of Amador & Calaveras Counties, Inc., you will play a pivotal role under the supervision of the Fiscal Coordinator, ensuring compliance with funding sources and governmental regulations. Your contributions will directly support our mission of engaging families and empowering communities. You will be responsible for recognizing revenue and expenses according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), preparing auditable journal entries, and managing accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and overseeing check runs. Additionally, you will maintain documentation for cost allocation, assist with audits, and generate vital reports for management and funding sources. This position also requires compliance with government reporting requirements and proper handling of sensitive information.
Your role is essential not only for financial accuracy but also for the overall effectiveness of our organization in serving the Amador and Calaveras Counties.
Full pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.40 per hour, dependent on experience.
