Job Identification We are looking for a Accounting Associate to join our Finance team in Bangladesh   Main Responsibilities Download and prepare inventory stock reports from SAP and circulate them to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. Supervise and coordinate physical inventory verification across plant, depots, and toll-filling locations, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare consolidated inventory reports for all locations in collaboration with auditors. Carry out fixed assets verification as per fixed assets policy. Also ensure timely verification of newly acquired assets and obsolete and impaired assets. Manage provisioning for slow/non-moving inventory, spare parts and ensure proper entry pass documentation. Handle WH breakage and RMPM shortage provisioning, ensuring accurate and timely entry pass documentation. Manage plant GIT (local) provisioning and ensure accurate entry processing for goods in transit. Manage FG GIT provisioning for toll-filling operations and ensure accurate entry pass documentation. Manage provisions related to toll filling charges and ensure accurate entry pass documentation for associated inventory movements. Prepare the list of inventories proposed for write-off under RFA and post the approved entries in the system. Conduct quarterly review and reconciliation of spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with records. Supervise gate controlling operations for FG dispatch and resolve issues to ensure smooth and accurate outbound logistics. Review and verify scrap materials for accuracy and compliance before initiating approval for disposal or write-off Count CDE units in warehouse, manage lost CDE processes, and perform reconciliation and reporting of CDE inventory. Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile inventory stock reports, physical verifications, and fixed assets across multiple locations using SAP. Handle provisioning for slow-moving inventory, scrap materials, and toll-filling operations while ensuring audit compliance.
