Description
General Purpose: Entry level position! Responsible for balancing all milk and/or other product receipts shipped into various customer plants for the Western Area. Duties include insuring product receipts as well as testing results are accurate for those specified customers. Duties and Responsibilities:  Operate a computer workstation to input, update, and retrieve data in mainframe and spreadsheet environments as required by management.  Balancing with customer plants on units of milk received including tracking down missing tickets and/or test results  Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies with member deviation reports each month end  Communicate with customers, haulers, field representatives, and members when necessary concerning weight and/or test issues  Receive, research, and resolve a variety of internal and external customer inquiries concerning units of milk received at customer plants  Perform other related duties as assigned by management EEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran Qualifications Required Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience  High School Diploma Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  10-key proficiency  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word  Detail oriented  Proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while maintaining a high volume of output  Possesses strong customer service skills both orally and in writing  Must be dependable and reliable and able to work some Saturdays or holidays, if necessary.
