• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Utilize financial software for data entry, bookkeeping, and reporting purposes while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Generate monthly accrual accounting entries and meet deadlines for monthly close of books for multiple clients.
