Description Summary Responsible primarily for client invoicing, auditing expenses, compliance review of candidate records, and other general accounting department duties as needed. Essential Functions Capture and coordination of invoicing requirements with clients. Manage the invoice process for assigned clients to ensure accurate submission of regular and irregular invoices and billable travel expenses. Coordinate with GDH departments to ensure accurate data capture and billing. Audit of external client or vendor management system time capture systems to ensure validity and accuracy of date and reconciliation to GDH’s internal system(s). Purchase order tracking. Audit expenses and coordinate issue resolution to ensure accurate billing. Compliance review on new candidates’ information in GDH’s internal system to ensure candidate is set up correctly for timesheets and invoicing. Additional duties will be assigned, which may include assisting with other projects as needed. Requirements Competencies Experience in corporate accounting functions. Proven history of high level of accuracy when dealing with data entry, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently and in a team environment within specifically defined guidelines. Ability to multi-task and work in a very hands-on and fast-paced environment. Ability to work with many different personalities and be customer service oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Written and verbal communication proficiency with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ethical conduct. Confidentiality. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time remote position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience Minimum one to three years of general accounting experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Preferred Education and Experience Some accounting coursework required.
