The Accounting Team: Our Accounting team is dedicated to maintaining the financial health of our organization. We work collaboratively to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and support strategic financial planning. Our team values precision, integrity, and continuous improvement. The Opportunity: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the chance to handle various accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Accounting Associate, you will: ● Prepare and generate the check run file on a weekly basis. ● Gather necessary support for wire setups and complete wire setup procedures weekly. ● Create and manage Concur payment batches weekly. ● Apply payments accurately on a weekly basis. ● Attach invoices in NetSuite daily. ● Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox daily. ● Review and process expense reports daily. ● Prepare Brex transactions daily. ● Perform daily cash reconciliations. ● Attach prepaid amortization schedules weekly. ● Handle Concur accruals on a monthly basis. ● Prepare monthly expense analysis. ● Prepare monthly prepaid account reconciliation. ● Process accounts payable bills in Concur daily. Requirements for the role: ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ● Proven experience in an accounting role. ● Proficiency with accounting software, particularly NetSuite and Concur. ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
