POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting the Controller with day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be comfortable working with data and financial systems, and be eager to contribute to both routine and analytical tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a general accounting role; manufacturing or capital equipment experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
