We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team and support our financial operations. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in processing the company’s financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping, with a strong preference for those who have worked in industrial or manufacturing environments. This position reports directly to the CFO. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch Key Responsibilities • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts • Support bookkeeping activities, including expense entry and statement review • Assist with vendor management and resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned Requirements • Well-rounded accounting experience, including A/P, A/R, and bookkeeping • Industrial or manufacturing experience strongly preferred • Experience with Epicor products is ideal • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and accounting software • Strong communication and organizational skills • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines • High School diploma required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred What We Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Supportive, team-oriented work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development
